A: The backlight on your Nano turns on whenever the Hookup Lanyard communicates with the Nano in order to prevent your Nano from going into sleep mode. We suggest you turn the backlight function off in order to save battery power while using Hookup Lanyard.

Q: Why can't I hear the ring tone when a call comes in?

A: Make sure your Bluetooth phone has the ring alarm function enabled and that your phone is paired correctly with Hookup Lanyard.

Q: Why can't I hear or answer mobile phone calls through my earphones?

A: This could be due to several possible reasons. To verify things are working correctly:
